“Leadership is not about appointment, but about being chosen.”


For a team to accept its manager as a “leader” is actually a process. In this process, the manager must develop themselves in terms of personality, attitudes and behaviors, and management approach, while being transparent and noticeable.


The "Super Leadership Model" is a three-stage Leadership Development Program: the first two stages consist of three modules delivered over one day each, and the third stage consists of nine elective modules delivered over one day each.
